All of a sudden my HR records abnormal numbers. Fixes itself,keeps happening over and over for weeks. 

Now I get no HR,auto-motion won't work and the green light is always on even if I shutdown.

What's the point in wearing it then? 

I have tried EVERY single fix possible with no success. 

It's just destroying my battery at this point.

This is ridiculous,especially considering I just bought a new official Fitbit band.

I don't even have it for 2 years yet..UNACCEPTABLE. 

Can I please have some assistance in getting my watch back to working condition.

Are you saying the when you click on the Shutdown and Yes option on the watch the lights stay on?

 

If so, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
