I have the Fitbit Versa (Peach/Rose Gold) it won’t turn on, reset and it gets hot when I try to charge it? Is it a battery issue, I tried cleaning it with suggested methods, letting it cool and then charge. I bought it a while back before this pandemic at Macy’s. Normally the logo would show up whether it was charging or updating but now it’s a black screen. Underneath the sensor the lights seems to be red when it’s usually green.
