Hey guys, I've bought my fibit on 05/07/2018. My battery lasts always for 5 days, but now it goes down in less than 8 hours. I had already reset the device and changed my clock, but nothing helps. Can it be that the battery is broken? Can I replace the battery? Now I can't use my fitbit anymore.
Thank you for the help!

Hi @DaisyVDK, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Fitbit Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hi! I've got my Versa 2 in June this year. It normally worked for 5 days. But now it works less than 48 hours. I did factory reset and it changed nothing. And also tried everything in articles you mentioned.
What have I do now? Is there service center in Lithuania?
