My versa is less than 2 years old and battery doesn’t last a full day anymore. Is that normal? It was at 15% today when I started my run on the treadmill and it completely shut down in less than 20 minutes. I don’t use 3rd party apps. I always keep the screen brightness at the lowest. No animated watch faces, etc. I don’t play with it expect for checking the time every now and then. Maybe every couple hours. I charged it to 100% last night. It’s 5:50pm now.

I bought my Versa in July 2018. My battery will not last a full day now. I charged it to 100% at 10 this morning, and not even 4 hours later, it's already down to 80% with just regular use (sitting at my desk working).

I started having this issue on 4/9, prior to that my Versa would last about 3-4 days. The last 4 days, I have had it on the charger every 24 hours. Hoping Fitbit pushed bad code and is looking into fixing it, otherwise my Versa is destined for the TRASH !!!!!

I've been having trouble the last couple of days too. I usually charge it for about 20 minutes every other day and it never gets low. Yesterday I when I woke up it was suddenly down to 16%. After an hour or so of charging it was up to 65%. I let it fully charge and when I woke up this morning it was completely dead! It seems to drain the fastest when I'm asleep but I don't think there's any setting I can change to help with that.

I agree! My husband and I each got a Versa at the same time. He is still on his original and I am on my second for this exact problem. My first one was replaced by FitBit (thank you), but now I'm having the same issue with this one! I went to bed at 11pm and it was dead when I woke up at 7am. I have the most basic settings and minimal notifications. I've used FitBit for years but I'm considering switching. This is so frustrating!
