Versa battery not charging

My versa will not charge and has completely died. I thought it was charge port so I bought a new one with no luck. Attempt to reset by pushing all buttons, no luck. Help! I miss my watch

Look at the back of the watch are the 4 copper dot's all there? I'm having the same issue.
