Versa battery suddenly draining

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi everyone,

I have only had my Versa for a year and just a couple of days ago I took it off the charger and then at the end of my work day it told me that the battery was low.

Now the battery barely lasts 12 hours.

I have always kept the screen dimmed, I have screen wake set to the button.

I have tried resetting my Versa multiple times as this has worked for other fit bit devices I have had in the past.

I am really frustrated because any of the suggestions I have seen from other people having the same issue consist of turning off all of the features which makes the Versa just a fancy watch that has a pedometer.

Anyone else have any other suggestions or solutions that don't involve rendering my device useless?
