Versa battery

Hello,

 

Can anyone help? I've had my Versa a few months, and it'll charge, but it's back down to 0% within hours - driving me nuts! I have stopped using it - but this issue is v recent. What can I do to resolve it? Just need it to charge and stay charged for several days as it did previously!

Hi, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
