Versa steps disappeared

I got the Versa today and was loving it, but when I opened the app to sync the steps they kept going down even though I was walking and gaining steps. My steps go up but once I sync they go back down.

I would like to know if you are manually logging the activity "Walking"? If you are, please delete those records, since manually logging this activity and "Run" might cause some discrepancies in your information.

 

To delete the activity, do the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile. This is the tile that says “Track exercise" or shows how many days you've exercised this week.
  2. Tap the exercise you want to edit or delete.
  3. Tap the pencil icon to edit the exercise and the trash can icon to delete it (on iOS, tap the 3 dots icon and find an option to edit or delete the exercise).

Did this ever fix itself...the same thing happen to me last night too...I hit 10K steps like 3 different times last night.  I just opened the thing out of the box if this is the start of the problems i'm going to be upset.
