Does anyone else think there is a bug with Fitbit and iPhone users causing the black screen on the Versa? My perfectly working Versa suddenly went black but it does sync....I contacted support and there was no resolution. I think they should be stepping up and providing replacements and not trying to get us to buy another one.
Loyal Fitbit user for years but I think it’s time to switch to Apple Watch. Any one who has used both have any pros/cons?

I have the same issue! Worked perfectly until yesterday when the screen went black. Get home and synch to my iPhone and all my data updates. Screen still black. Plug it in to the dock and still black! Can’t update the firmware to see if that’s the issue and can’t reset it. Where do we go from here?
