My wife's 1st generation Versa has a black screen and will not turn on.
It is fully charged, the green light on the backside illuminates, and it syncs with her phone.
There is no damage to the watch, no water penetration, or extreme temperatures.
I have tried restarting it with the left button, with the left and bottom right buttons, and by holding down all 3 buttons at the same time.
Black screen, no response.
1 week ago, it would not charge until I held all 3 buttons down and reset it.

Well, in case someone reads this, I'll give you an update.
My wife contacted fitbit. They agreed that there was something wrong with the Versa. But it had been purchased 14 months ago, which means it's no longer under warranty.
So they offered us 25% off of a new fitbit.
Sorry, but just too expensive for a fitness tracker that last 1 year.
My wife has done a great job getting healthier with her fitbit. But maybe this is the push we needed to finally splurge on an apple watch.
