No sleep score Versa 2

Hi my sleep score and a detailed report are not showing. I’ve logged out and logged in and still nothing, and it was more than 3 hours?

Let's open the app, tap on the sleep tile, now tap a sleep in question. Directly under the graph, found on the next page, should have your answer as to why.

Just got my Fitbit. Got Sleep score first 2 nights. 3rd night No Score. Thought the problem was I needed Premium. Bought Premium @$80annual. 4th night STILL no Sleep Score. 

  • Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Frustrated, please help? @Rich_Laue

First step @SunsetRunner is to check the sleep record and see if Fitbit has anything to say about simple sleep. See my screen shot above.

I contacted the support chat.

They had me go into my Versa and turn off the heart rate and turn back on and had me restart my Versa 2. 

They also followed up with an email and sent this helpful link.
