I haven’t worn my versa in a while so it was dead, charged yesterday for almost 24 hours and today it is a black unresponsive screen, the green light on the back will blink every now and again and about every 10 minutes it will vibrate. I have tried holding the back button for the 10 seconds to turn it back on, and then I also tried the factory reset as advised in these forums. Still it is not working.

I regret to hear the screen of your Fitbit Versa is unresponsive. Thank you for performing a restart and a factory reset before contacting us. I noticed that you contacted Customer Support.
