My Versa just stopped working saying battery low, cleaned and will not reset. I’ve had the tracker less than 6 months very expensive very disappointed.  I don’t want to shell out another $185, any suggestions on what to do next

I purchased my Versa in December and in late April it went blank. The factory reset worked twice, but only allowed my Versa to work another few days each time. I contacted Customer Service and they did some diagnostic runs. It was determined I needed a replacement and since it was within the 1 yr warranty period, it was a quick process. They offered me the choice between a refurbished of the same model or 50% off any new model. The whole process took less than 24 hrs, was very pleased with the outcome.

Hello @ReginaBama, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you had this experience with your Versa. Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps that you've performed so far. In this case I suggest that you try charging your Versa with a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger. Don't use a USB hub. Sometimes the power source is faulty or insufficient. You should also check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see: How do I charge my Fitbit device?. Let me know if it worked.

@NellyG thank you for you help.
