My versa has no screen it still syncs with app but no screen.

@Melanieakao It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen is blank and won't turn on.
Does it vibrate when you plug it in the charger? In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the screen turns on.
