Hey guys! I've already attempted trying to put in a ticket for this but for some reason I keep getting errors saying something about "state" is incorrect. Hoping to have this problem fixed as I hate using the Fitbit app on my phone for runs.
For a while now, I've been experiencing glitchy screens. I factory reset my Versa-cleared everything and it never restarted. There's a backlight but I can't even try to hard reset it again as yeah, can't press buttons while it's on the charger.
I purchased it in November of 2018 but lost receipt and threw away the box because it was working solidly for 6 months with no issues.

How do I fix this?
