My versa lite isn’t turning on. I have tried to reset it but nothing is happening. The green lights for the heart rate are not on either. How do you fix this problem?

Hello there @Val09844, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for your time and efforts in troubleshoot your Versa's screen and for confirming it's fully charged.
Would you mind confirming that you followed these steps to perform a restart on your Versa?
Also, if you haven't done so yet, please check in your Fitbit app if your watch is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
Let me know how it goes.

Hey! The same exact thing is happening to me with my versa. Yesterday the screen was glitching and today it went completely black. Like I can tell the screen is still on but it’s black and won’t sync. Is yours like this too?

Hello there @Bryana904, welcome on board. Thanks for the details provided about your Versa's behavior.
As a first approach, please restart your Versa as suggested here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work, please try leaving your Versa charging around 1-2 hours to see if the display comes back. Please make sure you're properly charging your watch as described here: How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerHey! I have the same problem .. from nowhere my screen went black today. It synchronizes properly and records movement and notifications. It charges as it should, I've had it in the charger for about 3 hours without anything happening with the screen though. I've only had the clock since April 28, 2020. Is there anything more I can do?

Hello @erinxerin and @SannaMaria, welcome here. Thanks for reporting that your Versa Lite and Versa 2 are also having issues with the screen.
If you haven't done so yet, the first thing I'd like to recommend you is to restart your watch by following the steps at: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Since your watch is still syncing (if you're not sure, please check on the Fitbit app when was the last time sync of your watch), change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
I've moved your post @erinxerin into this thread and topic to keep the Community Forums more organized.
Give this a go and let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerI can't restart it or turn it off unfortunately. I tried to change the look of the clock, but it was not possible now. I tried before and then it went.
Best AnswerHi, I have tried what you suggested, however it is still not working, the last time in synced was last night at 23.45.
Best Answerunfortunately, my watch no longer seems to receive notifications as it should .. but it is out of sync.
Best AnswerI’m owned the regular Fitbit Versa but had to purchase another one since it was not under extended warranty and thus unrepairable. I purchased the Versa Lite about 3 weeks or so.

Best AnswerHi, I have just tried to charge it to see if that helps, left it till it hard a full charge, put it back on and after 30 mins, it was back to being a black screen it wouldn’t turn on again. Pressed the side button it just shows the red battery symbol.
Best AnswerMy versa lite screen is also black. I’ve restarted it, charged it to 100%, changed the face, and nothing. It does sync to my phone and the green light in the back is on, but still no action on watch screen. What can I do?
Hi , I am just a user like you ..not customer service . Hopefully you contacted customer support also.
Best AnswerHi @MarreFitbit, my Versa watch face went black a few days ago. I followed the advice here- I have restarted it, fully charged it for 2 hours, and changed the clock face. I can tell when I look at the app that it's still syncing and recording steps, but the watch face has remained black throughout. Other advice?
