Versa black screen

Like many others that have posted, my screen is now completely black on my Versa after the firmware update. I have read through the forums and have tried many things. I have reset the device multiple times, held both the left and the left+bottom right buttons for 20+ seconds. I have changed the watch face. I have charged on a laptop rather than a wall charger. Someone please help none of this works and my screen is still black. 😞
