Versa losing time and not syncing

I’ve had my versa for exactly one year and last week I noticed it was losing time.  I would check my phone and it would show it was synced so I would just do a manual sync to fix the problem.  This week has been worse and now it won’t sync at all.  I have downloaded the latest update for my iPhone Xa max and the fit bit app.  I tried restarting both devices to no avail.  I even did a factory reset of the watch and then tried to set it up as a new device.  It took about 10 times for it to set up.  I thought I was good until this morning I realized it was I synced again! I am beyond frustrated and wishing I would have just saved my money and went with and Apple Watch.  I’ve had several Fitbit products and I’ve never had any issues.  I’ve already read and tried all steps all articles on all forums about this issue.  It looks like there is no fix for it which is super disappointing!

Same problem for me on Android. Contacted Fitbit who after a few attempts to fix it are replacing the Versa. New one on the way.

I’m having the exact same problem, and I have called Fitbit yesterday and the day before.   They get my phone to sync and say they problem is fixed.  An hour later the same problem.  Now, I can’t get it to sync again.  I will try calling one one more time then it’s off to Apple for a watch.  I’ve worn a Fitbit for several years but this is crazy!  I woke up this morning and my watch is over an hour behind!
