My versa died overnight. My battery life was around 80% before going to bed. Noticed that Fitbit rolled out a software update (likely to fix this) but too late for me! I’ve tried everything. Charged it up, tried resetting (holding 1 button, 2 and all 3). Tried connecting to laptop, reset phone, reinstalled app... everything and nothing worked. Black screen, no green light, no response.... very disappointing as I suspect that it a software corruption as it happened while I was sleeping. Please help!

Same thing happened to me. Went to bed around 11:30 last night and woke up to check my alarms at like 3:45 and it was a black screen. I had like 66% on my battery life. I also hadn't updated it and attempted everything.

The exact same thing happened to me. The versa was almost 80% when I when to sleep and woke up to a black screen. Bought it last year April, and just this year September

Happened to me too, the clock face is gone. Tried to switch to a different one but it got hung up installing

I went to bed with over 90% charge. Woke up and Versa 2 would not light up or sync to app. Ended up putting it on charger and it lit up and showed 4% battery. Am charging now. Seems to be ok. Why would the battery drain overnight?
