Has anyone else started having major issues with the original Versa? I have so many starting lately I can't pick just one for the title.
I take care of my Versa. I have a screen protector on it. I charge it every shower (which is every day to every other day).
Lately it's been dying rather fast. Dropping 15% per 4-5hrs. That's been for a couple of weeks now.
Yesterday, the heart rate has been flipping nuts! Making me scared because heart issues run in my family. Sitting my rate goes into cardio and peak zones. Then I get up to walk my dog our normal 2miles (2 times a day min), and during the walk it goes down to normal. Get inside and it jumps back to peak... tested my heart rate via myself and my husband (whom is a veteran and officer) and we get my normal numbers. I restart everything and it works great for about an hour or 2 before going crazy again. I'm trying to lose weight so this whole cardio heartrate is really messing with my calorie numbers making it hard to know if I'm doing good or not.
The GPS maps isn't working properly either. Hasn't been connecting or staying connected to my phone. And has been losing half my mileage on a walk I've done for 3yrs now. My phone GPS isn't the problem as I have other apps that do work still.
Not getting all of my messages/ calls/ app notifications either. I get a few here and there and then it stops working for a bit.

Hi @SunsetRunner
I'm sorry to hear of all the troubles you have been having with your Versa. Have you tried restarting it a few times in a row? If you've already done that, then the next step would be to do a factory resent. Page #61 of the Versa manual HERE can walk you thru all the steps.
Fingers crossed it's a simple fix.
