Mine to, I have owned it since dec 2018, looked after it and it's just crashed. Screen went blurry and then since then it's not charged or done anything and just a black screen. Tried to log through to customer support but page not working so no support on this.
I've just spoken with customer support,
Clean contacts with rubbing alcohol, then reset fitbit by holding the left button and bottom right for 10 seconds then try charging again, then leave at least 2 hours and don't let it complety die again.
mine is now charging!
