I’ve had my Versa for 17 months and never had a problem. Last Monday night it was working perfectly then come Tuesday morning nothing but a gray screen. It was fully charged and I reset with 2 buttons then tried all 3. Nothing helped. I expect a whole lot more from Fitbit than this.
