Versa blank display

Does anyone else have it where their Fitbit shows a blank screen but vibrates to every notification you get? I have restarted it multiple times charged it and nothing seems to help. Any advice is helpful

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying our restart process before posting over here. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you were using a third-party clock face or a Fitbit original one? Is your Versa still syncing with your phone? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try to change the clock face of your device and let me know if the issue persists.
