Versa blank screen and it won't sync

my versa clock home screen gone blank, timer gives grey block, wont synchronise - it was fine until an hour ago

@Coach_Fanie Welcome on board! Thanks for sharing the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit device. 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Fitbit device again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.

If you can't get started with your Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Katy Cam, I have the same problem since this morning. Not only I can't synchronise, the FitBit App on my phone won't open (it stays stuck on the FitBit Logo...?! Anythind similar on your side?

yes same.

but now sorted ……… at 00.00 i started and left it on sync again and it has now after a very long time syncing gone back to normal……… took about 40 mins though.

Thanks for the advice! Finally I re-started my phone it did not do anything. Then, I re-started my Versa 2 and automatically everything went back to normal!

Mine has gone black too, was fine until 6.30pm yesterday!!! Now it's telling me to download the firbit app which I already have! Any ideas how to fix this would greatly be appreciated
