Versa blank screen

Got this yesterday and it stop showing time when I turn my wrist. Now stay black but vibrate. Worse watch to buy. $30 eBay watch work better than this. Google the issue and  Guess I'm not the only one with sane issue. I follow all solutions but nothing work.

Hi @H2da Try restarting your Versa several times. If that doesnt fix it, it sounds faulty, so let us know if it doesnt help.

@H2da Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the unresponsive screen of your Versa.

 

I'd like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa got back to life after following the restart process that shared my friend @NellyG.
