I have had my versa for a little under six months and all of sudden the screen is blank. I know it's still working because in my app it is still keeping track and I can also feel it still vibrating and the lights on the back are flashing. I have read that others have had this problem and I have tried to turn it off by pushing both the back and bottom right buttons at the same time, it doesn't turn off.
I have tried holding all the buttons down, one button every combination I have read about, nothing turns it off. I'm not even sure if I get it to turn off if it will even fix the problem.

Same with me. My screen is blank. When I look at my dashboard on my phone it shows my fitbit is fully charged but for some reason it is having a hard time syncing.

@spdpunk41 @SalseraPR Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa watches since their screens are not turning on. By the way, thank you for the troubleshooting steps that you guys have tried.
@spdpunk41 Please try changing the clock face to one that is developed by Fitbit. After this, sync your tracker through the app and see if the display turns on.
@SalseraPR I'd like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours. Finally, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help page. Finally, test your Versa and see if it syncs and turns on its display.
Keep me posted on the outcome guys!
