Looked at my watch and it was a blank screen. On the charger and still not working. Pressed buttons and still not working.

It's great to see you around @Aw1751 and @NellyG thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure those instructions are the ones you followed in order to restart your watch.

I am having the exact same issue. It started where it would have a black screen but still collect data and can sync. Charging makes the watch get hot.
I tried to reset and turn it off but still have the black screen.

My versa is doing the same! I’ve had it for 2 days, the screen is blank and it’s gets hot when on the charger. I’ve tried the reset but still not working.
Any ideas?
