Versa blank screen

Good day,

 

I have a Fitbit Versa, with a display that is off, although it still connects to my phone and the sync works fine... I can see all the stats on the phone, but nothing on the Fitbit itself.

 

I have tried to power off and on, did that, no change.

I have tried to change the clock face, no change.

The phone shows the battery is at 90%.

 

Any suggestions for help please? Although it keeps tracking, it is not nice not being able to see the watch on.
