Versa blank screen

Hi there

I was wearing my versa overnight and woke up today and the screen is blank

 

When I try to reset it flickers a little gray light and then blank again. Have tried numerous times but no display. The battery is fully charged and says so on the app. I have the watch since Dec 2018

 

Can anyone help?

The exact same thing happened to mine this morning. I also bought mine in December 2018. 😞

 

Before mine was a year old,  the screen died.  sho this isn't even my original watch.  Disappointing if the watches can't last any longer than that.

I have contacted fit bit support and they will supply a replacement

I wasn't eligible for a replacement because I am no longer under warranty.
They did give me coupon to buy a new fit bit at a discount though!

Oh that's good at least! Bit annoying they don't have longer life.

Yes I think within the EU all faulty goods are covered for two years

Yes, Europe and Australia have a 2 year warranty,  the rest of the world is 1 year.
