My Fitbit Versa has the green light on and vibrates with notifications. It also syncs with my phone and says it is fully charged but it is only showing a black screen. I have looked at other forums saying how to restart it and I have tried what they say but it is not working. It also won’t show a battery when charging but when synced it shows it is fully charged. I would appreciate any help.

Hi there, @Betsyfellows. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Since your Versa is still syncing, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
