Versa broken

Hi everyone,

 

I have had issues with the original versa. I bought one a couple of years ago and it suddenly stopped working a year and a bit in. I got sent out a new one and the customer service was brilliant. This one then also broke in the same way. I was given discount on my next purchase as the warranty is obviously only applied to the original purchase. I was just wondering if this seems to be a reccuring issue with the versa? I'm not confident in paying for another device if they seem to break within a year and a half.
