Versa button failures and heart rate failures

I was given a Fitbit versa as a Christmas gift in 2018, it was to replace my Surge that was a total wreck after only 1.5 years of service. The first versa began failing about 6-8 months into its service life, the buttons(mainly left home button) were stuck and after several attempts at repairing Fitbit decided to send me a new tracker. I set up and used this tracker for about 12 months of service when the heart rate sensor stopped working. I performed all steps suggested(check in settings that heart rate is toggled on, hard reset, and factory reset) all without success. I pulled out the original tracker and limped by(at least the heart rate was working) but a few days ago the battery went quickly from 70% to 0%. I was able to charge back up but this morning it was at 60% then suddenly totally unresponsive(no reaction to hard reset or factory reset procedures). Now I am stuck with a totally dead tracker and one that has no heart monitor(basically a wristwatch).

Fitbit is sold as a dependable and premium product but I have yet to own one that has given more than one year of proper service, and I have tried three times with what was billed as their most advanced and expensive products.
What help can you offer?
