The left button does not work when pressed as 1 nor as pressed with the right side buttons.

Hi there, @Yogi8. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa.

Please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa by following these steps.

The Versa 2 does not have right buttons.

 

Try restarting the watch normally via shutdown in the menu.

 

To restart it put it on charge, if the button is still not working.

 

You can verify which model you actually have, in your Fitbit App.
