Versa button has stopped working

Two buttons on my Versa 3 are not working - no response when pressed (center left and bottom right). Nothing I do to clean and clear any dirt etc. in the area helps and no matter how much pressure I apply, they simply won't budge. Please help - I am based in the UAE. Thanks

Hi there, @CarPer. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

 

To better assist you, please confirm that you've removed dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa by following these steps

Pressed Versa left button & right down button for 20 seconds, no logo. Pressed left button for 20 seconds, no logo..Pressed all buttons, nothing. Will try a reset. If nothing, Garmin.
