Versa button has stopped working

The back button (one on the left side of the device) has had increasing problems in that it no longer depressed at all. I use a countdown timer for running exercise classes and have found that this app will revert back to the watch if left alone for long enough. However I can't change things like the times on my alarm. Any ideas?

Hello there @JennyMS, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa.

Please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa by following these steps

Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't have any canned air unfortunately but did try with the toothpick. The button now depresses slightly more in that you can feel it move but still doesn't engage with the watch - so couldn't restart it.

@JennyMS I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above. Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
