My Versa is still on, synchro with my phone is ok but i have no more screen.
Charge is 100%
I tried to restart but no way. Screen stays off
How can i do?

Hi there @Melb1114, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out.
Since the restart hasn't worked and your Versa is still syncing, please change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for your advice MarreFitbit but it did not work out and went worse. I cannot use it anymore... how can i use the warranty (2 years) I bought the Versa in may 2019 in Spain but i am now in France.
I do not find the email address for return services.
