Versa 2 shows only Fitbit logo

I've seen other posts that have the same issue but was ending if they is a fix for my versa 2 that is only showing the fitbit logo. The restart does not work.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your efforts and recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
