the single button on the left hand side of my versa has stopped working. If I click into any app I can’t get back out of them.

Same thing just started happening to me tonight. Completely out of the blue. I have to press it hard multiple times and HOPE I can get back of an app. Rather annoying

Seems like this is quite a common issue. following the recent updates, as it was working fine before.

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
