Versa button has stopped working

Hello

 

My left button / back button won't work I can hear it clicking like if it should work but nothing. When you go into a app you can't get out of it. I've tried doing a factory reset but still nothing working can anyone help?

Hi there, @Keireen. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. 

Please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa by following these steps

Hello

Just tried that and still nothing happening I can't even reset it as it say i have to hold the button down for 10 sec but it the button what not working. You can hear the button clicking but not working at all.
