Versa button isn't working

My button on left side don’t work and it won’t sync unless it’s in the charger.

Try restarting it several times.  If that doesn't fix it try a Factory Reset (Settings app on your Versa and scroll down to About).  If the button is still not working you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

If your Versa button isn't working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
