@Suran4 Im sorry, but I dont understand what you mean. I'm not sure which button you are referring to as there isnt a Notification button - just a left button and a top and a bottom right buttons. And I am not sure what you mean by the button is James? Jammed? Please come back with some more information to clarify your question

If your Versa button isn't working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
