How long does the set up take and the updating? I just bought it and it's been setting up since 3

Mine took 20 minutes to half an hour, but it will depend on your internet speed and the phone you are setting up with. What phone are you using?

I agree with our friend here, it will all depend on the speed of your internet. If by any chance you are experiencing some issues, you can follow the instructions provide in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.
