Versa button stopped working

My Fitbit versa button will not work. It makes it that I cant use any of the functions that make it useful. I can't reset it or anything bc the right on off button is the one that wont work. I've seen on here about people having similar problems. It still functions as a tracker as long as I dont go into the messages or apps page and I dont wanna call and have to send it off and be without one. I'm suck and need advice!!
