Hi,
I’m on holiday and went into the swimming pool with my Versa on, I realise they’re meant to be waterproof but I don’t usually wear it swimming. However, now the side buttons don’t work and it’s not tracking all my steps. I can’t log any exercise as the buttons don’t work and I’m really disappointed as I only bought it in January! But I use it as a daily tracker. I’ve reset everything; is there anything else I can do? Thanks

@Stacey22 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the buttons stopped working. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try using a hairdryer at a considerable distance in order to dry the buttons. After this, use a toothpick around the buttons in order to remove any moisture that may be affecting the buttons' functionality.
