Versa buttons not working

My versa buttons are stuck.When i press the buttons it won't even go inside.Its so hard as rock.

@Ashik, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the buttons seem to be stuck.

 

Please try cleaning around the buttons with a toothpick in order to remove any dust that may be affecting the buttons' functionality.
