1. After Firmware Update 38.68.9.15, my Versa Lite Device is stopped connecting to my Phone using BT. I have tried it using multiple Android Phones, but doesn't work. The device has become absolutely useless for me.
Other issues I face since beginning.
2. Once the phone goes out of range (restart, distance, BT restart) of BT, it won't connect back automatically once in back in range. Need to manually remove the device from BT devices list, pair again to make is start working.
3. Once the point # 1 happens, notifications won't even start unless the app is removed and reinstalled.

Fitbit App Version: Updated to latest available.

I'm afraid that the OnePlus 5T is not in the Supported devices list. There are phones that will connect with Fitbit devices but we don't guarantee that all the features will work properly. This may be the reason why your Versa stopped connecting with your phone.
However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestion board and people can vote for it. The more votes your idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our team.
