Hi @Sillyman2249 Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List. That doesnt meannitnwont work - many unsupported devices do work. It could be the problem though. All you can do it work through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems. Hooefully you will find something that works for your phone.
