Versa changed

I believe Fitbit has changed the Versa and Versa 2 features. I believe they are moving us to need the Premium to continue with services we used to get. As of July 1,2021 my Versa no longer gives sleep scores or heart rate. The light on the back quit. I attempted al reboots and factory resets. Looking at Costco for replacement, Costco says Versa 2 will discontinue features and may need to pay Premium. So now we will be forced to pay again for features we got for our original purchase price!

Could you please provide a reference for Costco saying ":Versa 2 will discontinue features and may need to pay Premium".

When you say "Costco says", do you mean some official statement from Costco, or do you mean that's what some Costco employee happened to say, without backing it up?

Go to Costco Web page, look for Versa2, select it, scroll down to the video. Mine says” Versa 2 features may change, be discontinued, or require payment in future “. I have precious Versa and sleep stats and heart rhythm quit on July 1,2021. I found above looking for replacement.

I don't dispute that quote, but far from saying Fitbit will discontinue features.

I certainly understand being frustrated at heart rate and sleep scores not working, but I feel sure Fitbit has not just intentionally broken them for you until you pay for Premium.

I find some features do stop for a few days, then start up again, without a clear explanation why.
