I got this in February for my Birthday, loved it until it died , bought 3 charge cords thinking it was the charge cords and not watch , then I've sent in my versa charge 2 , 3 times and got new fitbit replacement versa but none have charged , on my 4th one I'm about to give up I paid for the warranty thank goodness. I've tried turning it off and resetting it , cleaning and reinstalling app, I'm on 44% and still this 4th one wont charge , I'm going to go buy another charger another 20$ at Walmart and see if it's the cords I have at home are the problem, which they are brand new ..this is ridiculous and I've never hated something so much .. about to give up and just buy a watch ...

You have probably already tried this, but if not, try using a different USB port or a wall plug USB adapter.
