Versa clock face is glitching and constantly freezing up

Only had the versa two weeks and the clock face is glitching and constantly freezing up.  Just put it on the charger and now the clock face is bright and faded looking.  I have tried restarting it several times.  This is frustrating.

Having problems with mine too. Had it two days can't get a clock face to go on. This should not be this hard. The wifi seems to go off. Beyond frustrated!

@FGLgal what clock face are you using? Trynit on a Fitbit face and see if that resolves the issue.
